2024 SEASON

CLEMENTON PARK POLICIES

In order to ensure that everyone enjoys a fun, safe visit to Clementon Park & Splash World, we ask 
that each park guest please observe all posted signage and well as the following guidelines.  Please note all ticket transactions are final, no refunds.

Inclement Weather Park Policy

While it is our goal to have all attractions available during scheduled operating hours, inclement weather can cause temporary closure to some or all attractions. We strongly encourage checking local weather conditions prior to visiting. If Clementon Park & Splash World closes a majority of major rides, or the entire Park for more than 120 minutes due to inclement weather, guests leaving will receive a complimentary “rain check” ticket valid for one regular operating day. Season pass holders are not eligible for rain check tickets. ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNABLE. Please keep your receipt for proof of purchase. 

Attire

In keeping with our family-friendly atmosphere, and for the health and safety of all guests, Clementon Park & Splash World enforces a dress code. Proper attire must be worn at all times, including shirts and appropriate footwear. Clothing with rude, vulgar or offensive language or graphics is not permitted. Bathing suits may be worn only in water park areas. Shirts and shoes must be worn in the theme park. Park admission may be denied if clothing is deemed by management to be inappropriate.

Bathing suits are required for the water park.  No street clothes, cutoff jeans, swimsuits with rivets or shoes permitted.

Behavior

We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. Line jumping, profanity and unruly behavior may be cause for ejection without refund and/or revocation of Season Pass membership. Guests are not permitted to save places in line, bypass others in line, or exit the line and return to the same place for any reason. Guests exiting a line must go to the back of the line if they choose to return.

Food Policy

Outside food, beverages, and coolers are not permitted into Clementon Park& Splash World.

Guests may consume food and beverages in the exterior picnic areas adjacent to the primary parking lots. Picnic tables located in the exterior picnic areas are available on a first come/first serve basis and cannot be reserved. Clementon Park & Splash World reserves the right to search all bags, purses, baskets, and persons before entering the Park.

  • I plan to use the picnic tables adjacent to the parking lot. Will I be able to leave my things at the table for the day?
    Picnic tables may not be saved or reserved for the day. However, you are encouraged to utilize our lockers to store your personal items while you enjoy the Park. Clementon Park & Splash World is not responsible for anything lost, damaged or stolen items.

 

Guest Codes

Clementon Park & Splash World is a family park. We strive to offer a clean, safe, fun environment for everyone but we can only succeed with your help.  Therefore, in keeping with our family-friendly atmosphere, and for the health, safety and enjoyment of all Guests, Clementon Park & Splash World enforces a Dress Code and Code of Conduct.

Dress Code

  • Shirts/tops, shorts and shoes must be worn at all times in the dry theme park.
  • Waistband of pants, shorts or skirts shall not be worn more than three inches below the waist exposing skin and/or undergarments.
  • Street clothes, cutoff jeans, swimsuits with rivets/zippers and street shoes are not permitted on water rides.
  • Clothing or body art which Park management deems rude or vulgar, or contains inflammatory language or graphics, is prohibited.

Code of Conduct

  • Foul language, unruly behavior, weapons, knives, firearms and glass are strictly prohibited.
  • Running, line jumping, spitting and throwing of objects is not allowed.
  • Any solicitation or unapproved distribution of literature, merchandise or food/beverages, including in any parking lots, is a violation.
  • Smoking and vaping is not permitted in Clementon Park & Splash World
  • Children under the age of twelve years must be under the supervision of an adult Guest.

Height and Safety Requirements

For your protection, height and safety requirements will be enforced on all rides and slides. Guests with certain body proportions, or of certain heights and/or weights, may not be able to enjoy certain rides if the safety restraints will not operate as designed. Specific ride information is available at each ride. For safety reasons, taking pictures, videotaping or filming while on rides is prohibited.

Leaving and Re-entering the Park

Guests who leave the park and plan to return must have their hands stamped at the exit/re-entry gate. When guests return to the park, they must enter through the re-entry gate with a proper hand stamp. Transferring hand stamps is a violation of Clementon Park & Splash World policies and is strictly prohibited.

Lifejackets/Inflatable Swim Gear

Only U.S. Coast Guard approved lifejackets and swim arm bands are permitted to be brought into the Park.  U.S. Coast Guard approved information must be displayed on the item (see below).  Items not permitted into the Park are boogie boards, swim noodles, snorkles and water guns.

Line Jumping

Line jumping is strictly prohibited. Guests are not permitted to save places in line or exit the line and return for any reason. Violators will be ejected without refund and are subject to loss of Season Pass privileges.

Lockers

Lockers for your personal belongings are available on a first-come, first-served basis. A nominal fee is charged depending on locker size. Clementon Park & Splash World is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Loitering

Loitering on Clementon Park & Splash World property, including all parking areas, is strictly prohibited.

Lost and Found

Items lost in the park may be identified and claimed at Guest Services, located across from the funnel factory. Please note: stuffed prizes are not permitted on rides, and Clementon Park & Splash World is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or broken items.

Lost Children

In the event members of your group become separated, we strongly encourage you to establish a prearranged meeting place. Children should be instructed to contact the nearest Clementon Park & Splash World employee for assistance. Lost children may be found at the Guest Services located across from the funnel factory.

Park Announcements

We regret that personal pages cannot be broadcast through the park, but you can leave messages for other members of your party at the Main Office.

Parking

Clementon Park & Splash World is pleased to announce that ALL Parking for the 2024 Season will be FREE.  Season Pass holders have exclusive access to VIP parking spots pending availability.

Payment

Large bills ($50 and above) are not accepted at in-park locations. Bills may be exchanged at Guest Services.

Personal Property

Ride operators and attendants are not responsible for articles left by patrons at the ride stations. Neither Clementon Park & Splash World nor its employees assume responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, personal property.

Pets

Pets are not permitted to enter the park.

Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and are not permitted to enter the park

Restricted Items

Outside food, beverages and coolers are not permitted into Clementon Park and Splash World. 

 

Season Passes

First-time
Season Pass loss will result in a $10 re-issue fee, second-time loss will
result in a $30 replacement fee and additional losses will require the purchase
of a new Season Pass Card at the current price.

Smoking

At Clementon Park & Splash World, we strive to accommodate both smokers and non-smokers. Smoking is permitted outside the gates of Clementon Park and Splash World. All Areas inside the Park are smoke-free, and smoking is strictly prohibited. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Water Park

Chairs may not be brought into the park.  Water Park seating is based on a first come, first served basis.

Solicitation of goods or services on Park property, including in surrounding parking lots, is strictly prohibited unless a written agreement is received in advance from Park Management
