Terms & Conditions for Clementon Park & Splash World
Park Policies and Safety Regulations are enforced for the safety and comfort of our guests. Adherence to park policies is necessary for park admittance. These policies enable our guests to have a safe, fun, and family-friendly experience.

01. Admission
Are children under a certain age free?
Children 36″ & under are free.
What are the options for admission?
You may purchase admission by the day for a one-time visit, or you can purchase a season pass and enjoy fun for the whole season. Season pass availability is subject to change.
Do I need to pay if I am not swimming/RIDING or I am just spectating?
Yes, Clementon Park & Splash World is a participatory park and you will need a ticket for admission.

What age is considered an adult?
Any individual 18 years of age or over is considered an adult.
Is Big Kahuna’s Oasis Indoor Water Park open to the public?
Yes, we are not a private facility. Any person can enjoy our park.
02. Facilities and Amenities
We're Serious About Safety
Clementon Park & Splash World offer a variety of activities for all ages. Park Policies, including those posted in the park and on the website, are enforced for the safety of our guests. Park does not assume any responsibility or liability for failure to adhere to Park Policies and safety standards.

Restricted Items
Outside food, beverages and coolers are not permitted into Clementon Park and Splash World.
Safety Rules
- Please comply with all safety rules and heed all warnings, verbal or written.
- Exercise good judgement
- Act in a responsible manner. If you see any unsafe activity or condition, please report it to management.
- Persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol will refrain from participation in or on any amusement attraction/ride.
- Illegal substances or Weapons of any kind are not permitted.
- Shoes and Shirts are required to be worn at all times. Bathing suits are required for the water park. No street clothes, cutoff jeans, swimsuits with rivets or shoes permitted.
Ejection from Participation
Personal Property
Ride operators and attendants are not responsible for articles left by patrons at the ride stations. Neither Clementon Park & Splash World nor its employees assume responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, personal property.
03. Policies
Minors
- Please be sure to pack a swim diaper or purchase one from our merchandise counter, if in-stock.
Children under 12 years of age are required to be accompanied by an adult for safety and supervision. Clementon Park & Splash World is concerned for the welfare of all younger children.
We strongly recommend that all minors (under 18) be accompanied by an adult. Park does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors.
Adults are not permitted to hold small children while riding attractions.
Food Policy
- Outside food, beverages, and coolers are not permitted into Clementon Park& Splash World. Guests may consume food and beverages in the exterior picnic areas adjacent to the primary parking lots. Picnic tables located in the exterior picnic areas are available on a first come/first serve basis and cannot be reserved.
- Clementon Park & Splash World reserves the right to search all bags, purses, baskets, and persons before entering the Park.
Life Jackets/Inflatable Swim Gear
- Only U.S. Coast Guard approved lifejackets and swim arm bands are permitted to be brought into the Park. U.S. Coast Guard approved information must be displayed on the item (see below). Items not permitted into the Park are boogie boards, swim noodles, snorkles and water guns.
Pets
- Pets are not permitted to enter the park. Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and are not permitted to enter the park.
Height Restrictions
The Park offers a variety of activities for all ages. Height restrictions are posted for all attractions and strictly enforced. Review height requirements for individual attractions here:
Code of Conduct
- Foul language, unruly behavior, weapons, knives, firearms and glass are strictly prohibited.
- Running, line jumping, spitting and throwing of objects is not allowed.
- Any solicitation or unapproved distribution of literature, merchandise or food/beverages, including in any parking lots, is a violation.
- Smoking and vaping is not permitted in Clementon Park & Splash World
- Children under the age of twelve years must be under the supervision of an adult Guest.
Lost & Found
- Items lost in the park may be identified and claimed at Guest Services, located across from the funnel factory. Please note: stuffed prizes are not permitted on rides, and Clementon Park & Splash World is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or broken items.
Smoking
- At Clementon Park & Splash World, we strive to accommodate both smokers and non-smokers. Smoking is permitted outside the gates of Clementon Park and Splash World. All Areas inside the Park are smoke-free, and smoking is strictly prohibited. Your cooperation is appreciated.
04. Online Tickets
Group and Parties Booking Policies
At Clementon Park & Splash World, we take your group’s fun seriously. Please read over these policies to familiarize yourself with our reservation and advance ticket procedure to make your group’s visit a complete success.
- A group with at least 20 participating individuals qualifies for a discounted group rate.
- 7 days advance notice is required to guarantee reservation.
- Reservations within 7 days notice are subject to availability should contact group sales.
Groups Payment
Tax Exempt Groups (NJ)
If you are a tax-exempt entity, you must notify group sales of your tax-exempt status at the time of reservation to receive a non-taxed admission. Provide a copy of your form NJ ST-5 to our Groups Sales office at least 48 hours in advance of your event. We will not recognize tax exempt status unless documents are provided in the required time frame.

Admission & Discounts
Admission
There is a fee for admission into the park. Participants can purchase passes online or at the gate.
Reservations are not required for general admission.
Season Passes
First-time Season Pass loss will result in a $10 re-issue fee, second-time loss will result in a $30 replacement fee and additional losses will require the purchase of a new Season Pass Card at the current price.
Parking
There is no fee for parking at our parks.
Park Re-Entry
Guests who leave the park and plan to return must have their hands stamped at the exit/re-entry gate. When guests return to the park, they must enter through the re-entry gate with a proper hand stamp. Transferring hand stamps is a violation of Clementon Park & Splash World policies and is strictly prohibited.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase in-park or online and are emailed to the recipient.
Gift cards are only available for redemption in park; gift cards can not be used for online transactions at this time.
Discounts
Children
Children 36′ and under are Free and Children over 36″to 48″ are $29.99.
Military, Medical, & First Responders
We offer an in-park discount for Military and Veterans, Doctors, Nurses, and First Responders. You must present a valid Military/Medical ID with photo ID at the ticket counter to receive discount.

Save time and money when you purchase tickets online.
No Printer? No Problem! Just present your confirmation barcode on your mobile device at the information ticket booth.
Water Park & Lockers
Water Park
Chairs may not be brought into the park. Water Park seating is based on a first come, first served basis.
Locker Rentals
Lockers for your personal belongings are available on a first-come, first-served basis. A nominal fee is charged depending on locker size. Clementon Park & Splash World is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Other Rentals
These are on a first come first serve basis. No reservations are allowed.

Rainy Day Policy
While it is our goal to have all attractions available during scheduled operating hours, inclement weather can cause temporary closure to some or all attractions. We strongly encourage checking local weather conditions prior to visiting. If Clementon Park & Splash World closes a majority of major rides, or the entire Park for more than 90 minutes due to inclement weather, guests leaving will receive a complimentary “rain check” ticket valid for one regular operating day. Season pass holders are not eligible for rain check tickets. ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Please keep your receipt for proof of purchase.
