If this is important to you, please allow our HR department to direct you to a department that is more likely to meet your scheduling needs, or you can speak with your interviewing manager about your needs for flexibility.
+ -
What are age and other restrictions to apply?
The minimum age to apply is 15 years old although there are limited positions available to 15-year-olds. At age 15, someone can work in park services, admissions, revenue (foods), lifeguards and games. Rides requires a minimum age of 16. Lifeguards must be Star Guard certified (Clementon Park & Splash World offers classes to be certified). The minimum age for maintenance positions, security, bartenders and EMT is 18. Do I have a choice where I work?
On the application, you will have the option to select 3 departments you are interested in. If you are invited to an interview, we will work with you to determine the best fit for your success at Clementon Park. Your feedback will certainly be taken into consideration.

What happens after I apply?
Most interview check-ins take place in the HR office. You will enter through the front gate and will need to check in with the Security Guard(s) at the guard shack to the left of the Park’s entrance, proceed to tell them which department you have an interview with and the name of your interviewer that contacted you. Once the Security Guard allows you in, go down the midway, and you will reach the Guest Services building to the left, stepping onto the porch someone will be at the window to greet you and contact HR.

What do I need to bring to the interview?
Please bring 2 forms of identification to your interview so you can be onboarded immediately if you are selected. One must be a photo ID.
