LIFEGUARDS

Must be at least 16 years old
Lifeguards monitor the activities of Guests while in or on water attractions to assure that all appropriate Park policies and safety regulations are followed. Manage aquatic emergencies by applying lifeguard and first aid training learned through certification courses and department orientation, and provide a safe and enjoyable experience for each Guest throughout the day.Lifeguard licensing courses available through Clementon Park & Splash World if not currently licensed.”

ADMISSIONS / GUEST SERVICE
Must be at least 16 years old
Admissions staff properly record sales on cash registers, collect payment from Guests at the point of sale, and provide correct change with a receipt. Staff are responsible for providing a positive first impression with each Guest when they arrive. Admissions staff must also remain knowledgeable on ticket prices, current specials and upcoming events and utilize this information to up-sell or encourage Guests to visit again.

CASH CONTROL CLERK
Must be at least 18 years old
The Cash Control Clerk is responsible for collecting, recording and processing the funds received during the company’s daily sales transactions. Responsible for issuing and receiving cashier tills, collecting, counting, verifying, balancing, and depositing the funds collected from those tills during the company’s daily sales activities. Secure the company’s funds in order to prevent any theft or other losses from occurring both on an internal and external level. Act as a deterrent to dishonest activity by advising and training the cashiers in the proper cash handling procedures and detection of counterfeit currency.

EMT
Must be at least 18 years old
EMTs provide rapid response and care to all basic first aid and EMS needs that arise at the Park. EMTs are responsible for assessing, prioritizing, initiating care, and documenting each incident as they arise. They also communicate with Park management regarding incidents that require notification to the state or company’s workers compensation provider.

FOOD ATTENDANTS / CASHIERS
Must be at least 16 years old
Food Attendants/Cashiers properly record the sales of goods or services on cash registers, collect payment from Guests at point of sale, and provide correct change and a receipt. Prepare and serve food according to health department standards. Keep all work stations, cooking utensils, and appliances clean and orderly.

GAME ATTENDANTS
Must be at least 16 years old
Game Attendant - This position is responsible for the initial set up of the game stand (ensuring all materials and prizes are accounted for); the overall operation of the game including: generating a “buzz” with crowds, instructing Guests on the rules of the game, handling cash transactions, declaring winners, and distributing prizes. Keep all work stations clean and well organized throughout the day.

LOSS PREVENTION
Must be at least 18 years old
The Loss Prevention Agent is responsible for executing the company’s Loss Prevention program on an internal and external level. Responsible for monitoring and safeguarding the property of the company including, but not limited to, tools, food, merchandise, supplies, money, tickets, or any other assets regardless of value. Act as a deterrent to dishonest activity by advising and training the other departments in not only the detection of, but also the prevention of theft. Detect, report, and in some cases recover any loss that should occur.

PARK SERVICE ATTENDANTS

Must be at least 16 years old
Park Service Attendants are responsible for the overall cleanliness of the Park by patrolling designated areas, sweeping, cleaning the restrooms and running trash pickups along with other duties as assigned.  Must be able to work with minimal supervision and work proactively.

RIDE OPERATORS
Must be at least 16 years old
Ride Operators operate various amusement rides and attractions while assuring that all appropriate Park policies and state regulations are followed, maintain all safety standards and provide an enjoyable experience for each Guest throughout the day.

SECURITY GUARDS
Must be at least 18 years old
Security Guards will monitor Park entrances to assist ticket handlers in assuring that only paying Guests enter the Park and that they are not bringing in prohibited items. Patrol Park property, enforce policies, and respond to Guest questions or concerns. Aid in the search for lost children. Provide a safe and inviting environment.

WAREHOUSE ATTENDANTS
Must be at least 16 years old
Warehouse employees receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment and products within the Park then track levels of stock and inform manager what items are low.
